My role is to help our customers find the right workplace technology solution to improve the way their people work. This involves managing installation, integration with existing systems and first level training.

Since we launched TecInteractive in 2005, we have prided ourselves on being an independent provider; not being tied to any particular brand or vendor. This means we can give our customers an unbiased view of the best technology on the market and help them to work out what is  best for their organisation and needs. We like technology that is easy-to-use, so that anyone in the organisation can use it without fuss or hesitation. The relationships we have developed over this time mean that we are able to offer our clients a good insight into the leading brands and offer their products at a competitive price.

Our recent collaboration with office design and fit out specialists Blueprint Interiors, also allows us to offer our clients a complete solution for designing workspaces that help them to work more efficiently or collaboratively.

For me, there’s nothing better than delivering the solution to the client and making it happen for them. Sometimes the brief is complex, and integrating new technology with existing systems can be challenging. But my job is to make it happen seamlessly so the end result is a simple, easy-to-use solution that just works.
