Step One - Site survey

It’s important for us to get your installation right the first time, which is why our team of engineers will conduct a site visit to assess your space.

During this visit, they’ll inspect the rooms to ensure that the specific solution’s requirements match the size of your space. We’ll also ensure everything runs smoothly, so on installation day your technology is implemented seamlessly.


Step Two - Installation

Next, our highly-skilled engineers will begin installing your AV solutions.

We take pride, care and attention in our work throughout the entire installation process. This is because we understand the importance of having a visually appealing and organised setup for you and your team, which is why we ensure your technology integrates into your room.

Our team will make sure everything is set up neatly and effectively, whether installing a single piece of tech, working as part of a wider meeting room or an office fit-out, leaving your finished solution neat, tidy and tamperproof, with no messy wires.


Step Three – Sign-off and handover

It’s important to us that you feel happy and comfortable with your new products.

This is why our installation team will ensure you understand how to use your new installation, showing you the basics of use and answering any questions on site.

From the beginning of your project, our team work together with yours, communicating from consultation and sales, to installation and support.
